At WallFlower, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition to receive a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
